Skin Aesthetic Clinic

The Skin Aesthetic Clinic is a new addition to the Hillcrest Medicross in KwaZulu-Natal. The clinic received a 6-star rating from the Green Building Council of South Africa. This was achieved through a sustainable design that utilised local, green-conscious manufacturers. Energy use has been minimised through smart design, energy-efficient appliances and solar power. Wastewater is recycled through a recycling plant. The clinic is a calming environment that supports the welfare of its users. The neutral colour palette and plants mitigate stress and filter the air. Passive design strategies and the elimination of VOCs ensure a healthy indoor environment quality.
